Active Shooter Aggressive Intruder Advanced Management

If you are an executive, an official or other professional in a leadership role who may need to manage a critical incident while collaborating with first responders and law enforcement, this course will provide a deeper knowledge and advanced skill set, so you are better prepared for such an emergency. Using real-time dynamic scenarios and drills, you will practice situational awareness and live-action movements. You will learn how to manage critical incidents and evacuation plans which will increase life-saving measures and aid in mitigating fatal tragedies.

This class will expand upon the knowledge and skill set learned from the Active Shooter Introduction course to include incident planning and management at the executive level, decon and evacuation methods as well as how to collaborate and interact with first responders and law enforcement.
● Students will gain a more in-depth knowledge on how to effectively manage a critical incident of an Active Shooter/Aggressive Intruder by enhancing the necessary preparation and activation of an Incident Management Plan as well as learning pre-incident indicators that will help you identify conflict prior to it happening in the workplace.
● Our instructors will utilize actual experiences and role players to create real-time dynamic scenarios and drills designed for the students to develop situational awareness, pre-planning techniques and live-action movements.
● This course is NY S.A.F.E. Act Compliant and follows the FBI national recommended standard of Run, Hide, Fight methodology.
